• Delivery and Returns Policy

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

United Kingdom – All orders over £100 delivery is included in the price. Orders below £100 are charged £5.99 postage and packing.
Rest of the world – sorry we currently only ship to the UK, if you attempt to complete your order, your order will be cancelled, no charges will be applied.
We attempt to dispatch all orders the next working day subject to availability however this cannot be guaranteed, feel free to contact us if your order is urgent.

ITEM POSTED BUT NOT YET RECEIVED

Orders are shipped using a next working day service. If you do not receive your order within 7 working days please contact Electric Orange orders@electric-orange.co.uk quoting your order number.

PAYMENTS

All payments are taken through Google Checkout, please see their terms of service for details, click here

CANCELLING ORDERS

You can cancel your order on-line at any point up to the completion of the Google Checkout section through you ‘cart’. Beyond this point please email orders@electric-orange.co.uk quoting your order number. If you order has already been shipped do not open and contact us to arrange a return and refund.

RETURNS POLICY

In accordance with the distance selling regulations you will receive a full refund if you return your product within 7 days of delivery in a new or as-new condition and with the original packaging. Simply contact orders@electric-orange.co.uk to arrange a refund and return details. This does not affect your statutory rights.

DAMAGED GOODS OR WARRANTY ISSUES

All Sonos products come with a 12 month warranty, if any issues please contact Sonos directly to arrange a replacement. Details can be found here.
